Hola Everyone,  Well my time has come as I'm heading home Wednesday. I have learned so much from my mission and I can't believe I'm done. It has been fun, hard, wonderful and so rewarding. I have learned how to love & how to feel peace ,how to take rejection, how to feel joy.  Time goes by so fast ! I have enjoyed every single day as a missionary there was always something to smile about or laugh about. I had hard days but never bad days!  My days were sometimes with mistakes and I didn't feel sufficient to be a disciple of Christ. I can imagine when Jesus Christ called the fisherman to follow him and to be his disciples, they may have felt the similar feelings of inadequacy. However, I know that we can be instrumental in the lords hands. All he asks of us is to have a desire to follow him and to love his children. I know that God is so aware of his children. I have seen so many miracles these past 18 months and know that he is a God...

Hello Friends and Family  Well this is my last transfer of my mission, I'm almost done and I can't believe how fast time is going now. Sister Johnson and I get to stay together here in Salinas !! I Love it here so much. It's the best place to serve in the mission. The work here in Salinas is going great and so are the strawberries. I think I mentioned before that this is where all the beautiful strawberry fields are ! Next time you get a package of strawberries check to see if they are from Salinas CA. We typically have a carton of strawberries for dinner most nights.  Our friends that got baptised have moved to Michoacan, Mexico this week and we will miss them greatly. The awesome thing about the church is that they will just head straight to the church in Mexico, and will have a intanstant family that will look out for them. They will be in good hands. So sorry I haven't written in awhile ! I'm still serving here in Salinas and I LOVE IT SO much! best place to be in the mission for sure :) I have a new companion. Her name is Sister Johnson and she is awesome . She is from a small town in Colorado so we have so much in common and her family owns a ranch so we always talk about horses and cows ! haha President Nelson recently gave a special devotional to all the members in California and it was so inspiring and powerful. His wife also gave an amazing talk about her and president Nelson's loving  relationship. I feel so blessed to receive guidance and counsel from a living modern day prophet.  We are teaching some pretty great families here in Salinas. We have had some baptisms since I last wrote. Hello Friends and Family, This week has been awesome !  Our friends Karen, Crystal and Eric got baptized !!  Karen and Crystal are sisters ages 8 & 14 .Really neat story with the oldest sister Karen who's 14 .She had a fracture in her knee and some other things and was going to have surgery, the x-rays showed a fracture and she had an upcoming appointment. We asked her if she would like a priesthood blessing and she said yes ! A member came to give her a blessing and 2 days later she went to Stanford hospital for her appointment and her knee was completely healed !! What a tender mercy from the lord ! She was grateful for this wonderful spiritual experience. This experience also helped to grow her faith !  Their Uncle Eric didn't want to have anything to do with us at first when we came to teach the girls, but I guess he had been listening to our lessons in the other room. Hello Everyone   So many great things happened the last few weeks, First of all we had 2 baptisms last week !  Pablo got baptized and we are so happy for him! He is such a light ! He wants to serve a mission and has such a strong testimony. His baptism was scheduled for sunday but he was leaving town to go work and so we hurried and got his baptism together in 3 hours !  Then are friend Kevin was baptized by his father. His family is so humble and kind. I was so grateful to be a part of his special day.    We are teaching a really great family and they had a daughter that just turned 8 so they invited us to her party. I Love to teach these little girls. It's been so fun to watch them learn about the gospel. My companion and I made a ton of sugar cookie cut outs and used them in our lessons for the kids & they love it !  I can't get away from making cookies haha  We are also teaching a neat...
