Hola,     I’m Halfway done with HMTC, I got my flight plans yayyy! I'm super excited to head to California! I’ll be heading out December 16 . I'm on the computer most of the day and study tons during my breaks so I'm ready to go out and teach.(hopefully) I love my MTC teachers they always make it light and fun so we don't go crazy ! Here’s a funny quote from my teacher Hermano Marcado “I had a dream that  I had the corona virus then it was Christmas and I was eating pizza.” (All this in his strong accent)      My spanish has come a long way compared to the first day. I set small goals to improve something each day so that I don’t feel overwhelmed. Sometimes it's nothing big, but little by little I'm growing & learning.     I was so grateful to hear President Nelson's message this week! I SO needed that. Hola!!     Second week of  home MTC  and things are moving along. I’m learning something new everyday,its amazing how fast time is going . My spanish is coming along and I have a lot to learn, I feel a bit overwhelmed at times & prayer has been the key for me, lots and lots and lots of praying for help! I know Heavenly Father hears our prayers and everyday my simple prayers are answered as I continue to learn spanish, there is no way I could do this alone. Sometimes we can be critical of ourselves and think we are not good enough. I LOVE  this quote as a reminder to stay positive and keep pressing forward. “If the lord sees great things in you then how would you see yourself.”- Elder Tom Perry.       A scripture that I love is   “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”( philippians chap.4 13)  I know through Christ we can  accomplish great things ! Hola Amigos y Familia ,     My First week of online mexico MTC (CCM) has been awesome! I love being a missionary! I can't wait to teach people and share the love that I have for our savior and the restored gospel. I'm excited to start this new adventure and share the happiness that the gospel brings me. My teachers Herman Sanchez and Hermano Mercado are amazing and they have been great examples to me and how I can serve and love others. Most of them are recent RMs and share great stories and talk about how much they loved their missions.      My spanish is coming along  & I can say a simple prayer and testify a little bit. I've had to rely on my faith that with diligently studying and with the help of my Heavenly Father it will improve each day. My companion is Hermana Jones from Enterprise ,Utah and she is going to be serving in Florida. She's awesome and has a sweet spirit and is going to be an amazing missionary!
