Hola!

Hola from California!

This week has been genial (great) !! We have  been very busy & working hard. We've been teaching some personas asombro ! We invited our friend Delfino to be baptized ! He said he needs a little more time but he is preparing for his baptism soon so that's sooo exciting !

Everyday is an adventure and I LOVE  finding and talking to new people. We talk to people from all different backgrounds , religions, and cultures. We meet with Muslims those of the hindui faith, some atheist and other christian faiths. Many tell us "all ways lead back to God" and "it doesn't matter which way you go".  I don't have all the answers for them but I DO have faith and trust in God.I do have a testimony of the restored gospel, prayer, and the Book of Mormon. We have a living prophet today who guides and directs us so we know which way to go .I just bear witness to them for what I know to be true, and let the spirit teach.  Wonderful things happen when the spirit teaches. I testify of that.

We met this nice man named Berny and shared a message with him and got to know him a bit. His wife and kids are in Mexico and he's working here in California. I've been praying to find someone whose ancestors need work done on the other side, and he starts telling me about his grandparents who passed away and how close he was to them, an answer to my prayers.

We are hoping to teach him some more, he also gave us a bag of Churros ! The best churros I've ever had !! haha

A scripture I'd  like to share is in  Ether 12:4 "Wherfore, whoso believeth in God might with surety hope for a better world, yea ,even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith , maketh an anchor to the souls of men, which would make them sure and steadfast, always abounding in good works, being led to glorify God. "

It is my prayer that we can all try to be  a little more like our savior and love those around us and see everyone as children of God & hope for a better world.  I love you all !!
